Soreness and cramping in legs and arms HELP

So I just got back from the hospital, I'm have weakness in my arms and legs and I'm also cramping they diagnosed me with gas and nausea either they are very stupid or I'm just a wuss

Has anyone ever experienced this sort of pain please help I really don't think it's gas the gas pain is different from the one I'm experiencing now????

Also could be effects of anesthesia wearing off or swollen tummy pressing on vessels affecting blood flow to your extremities. Most likely nothing serious once you get hydrated and get your electrolyte balance regulated.

I found it difficult getting Water down in the first 3 days so had half and half apple juice/water and drank that ALL day and night I know we are supposed to keep fruit juice down to 4/5 oz a day but whatever works especially in the early days. Try a few different things. Your pouch will accept what it can, then get as much Fluid in as you can and then some more.

being mobile will also help with the cramping. even walking just around the house. hydrate like everyone else mentioned as well. good luck!

Hydrate and move as much as you can. If it is low potassium, you can try something like gatorade or coconut water.
