Super depressed today. I was supposed to have my psych eval this morning and they cancelled. Next available appointment isn't until October 21st! I'm trying to find another doctor but nobody will take my insurance. So sad. :-(

That is so frustrating!! I had a similar experience. Supposed to have surgery in July. They drug their feet and now I'm October! It's so hard when you just want to get it done and over with! Good luck!

I've been scheduled for October 6th. After doing this for 6 months it feels weird that it's almost here.

I'm new here ???? I was banded 4-19-2011 my weight was 199lbs im 5ft was on meds for high blood pressure & cholesterol & had fatty liver. I had a lot of complications throwing up & spiting up my weight got down to 126 & then my band had to come out 6-3-2014. Now my weight has crept back up to 188lbs I have my revision surgery to sleeve on 10-7-2015. I am scared ???? I want this weight off of me because I feel terribly but I'm afraid of losing too much weight & not being able to control it. I hope I don't sound ridiculous ????

I got my date !!! October 14 ! So excited it's hard to sleep. I have a gall bladder sonogram and physical on 9/21 then I will start the pre op diet on 10/1, yeah me!!!

hi all! my surgery date is Oct 27th and i cannot wait! i'm so ready to start my new future and become the person i KNOW is inside me!!! i'll keep checking back on this forum to see how everyone is doing! nice to have some fellow travelers on the same journey.

Tif... I'm from Long Island too, but using a surgeon in NYC. Surgery was for next Thursday but I have ulcers so now most likely in October
