Share ideas, What did you eat today ?

Breakfast: 1 egg with a slice of cheeder cheese on it and cup of tea with splenda.

Lunch: Hot Dog with mustard, no bun of course! Not my first choice but it was yummy!

Unsweet Tea

Snack: Grab the Gold Protien Bar: Hands down best Protein Bar. If you like choc no bake Cookies this is for you!!

Water, water and more water

Dinner: Sauted Shrimp with Panchetta and Sage. This was so good and high in protein!

Crystal light

Snack: sugar free hot chocolate- 25 calories :cursing:

ok today was reallllllly bad....

b-grande chai non-fat 200 cal

s-100 cal snack

l- my boyfriend wanted to go to a oriental buffett... i took 2 bits of chicken and throw it up then i tried to eat some pudding...that also came up

l2- ham salad with 4 crackers 230 cal

d- went to cracker barrell... had smoothered chicken had a few bites of salad a few bites of chicken and few bites of pinto beans....probably 1 million calories!!!

but i did run/walk/jog for about an hour today....

tomorrow will def. be better!!!!

Lapband was removed 1/31. Last 2 weeks have been 1 yogurt and 2 apple sauce a day. I am now on 2-3 oz 3x a day for 2 weeks. Hoping its ok I use this to keep myself on track.

Bfst: applesauce

Lunch: 2.6oz starkist tuna package

Diner: 1.5 oz mash potatoes and 1.5 oz ground beef (used measure cup

Snack: 1 whole wheat slice toasted with drop garlic olive oil. bread: 1.5 ounce

B - Pure Protein Shake

S - Fiber One Bar

L - 3 Wasa Crackers w/thin spread of LF cream cheese & Trader Joes bean dip

S - WW PB Bliss Bar

D - caesar salad (1/2 cup), 4 bites of pork ribs, 2 bites of mashed potatos and glass of wine.

S - graham cracker w/PB

Seriously had a bad day...my son is sick and was up all night....then was super cranky like only 2 year olds can be. Had to have the wine...

No workout today :cursing:

1 sm sausage patty

S~turkey breast

L~ salad w/ turkeybreast/ salsa/ low fat sour cream/ a sprinkle of shredded cheese/ scallions/ fat fr dressing/ black Beans (YUMMM)

S~ fat free ice cream 1cup

D~4oz lean pork/ broccoli/ red potatoes

Yesterday - weird and bad day - had several meetings in the morning after getting off work and another in the afternoon - so I got a little less than 1.5 hrs sleep - then after the aft. meeting - went to the Y for an hour and 40 min.

snack - chips and dip

meal - 2 oz grilled rasberry chicken, 1/2 c. creamy bolognese Pasta

snack - cookie dough, frozen (2 Cookies worth) :unsure:

      I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

      Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
