Happy one month April 1st sleeveless! I don't know about you all, but I can't believe how much I have changed in one short month. I just did my weekly weigh in and since I began my journey I am down 40 pounds! I am 6 pounds away from telling the 200s goodbye forever!!! How is everyone else doing?

Hi all! I am 6 days post op, so I am on the liquids stage.

B Premier Protein shake & 2 Fiber gummies

AM Snack 16 oz iced SF 2% Irish cream latte

L Oxylent Vitamin packet in 8 oz of Water

Afternoon snack SF Popsicle and 1/4 c of a shake, hated the taste, dumped it

D pacific creamy tomato soup with 1 T of grated Parmesan

PM snack Protein Shake

Plus an additional 30 oz of water

Lost 9.6 in week 1

I'm with you! I love being accountable to others. I had my sleeve done on April 6. I've lost 40 lbs since my two week pre op. I weigh myself weekly on Fridays. During the work week, I have no problem getting in my Protein and Water. On the weekends, it's more difficult since I'm asleep longer :-) But I take my Vitamins faithfully. I also exercise three times a week. I want to do four times, but that hasn't happened yet!

meal plan today

B- Protein shake (Unjury Vanilla)

L- 2 ounces mashed potatoes with unflavored protein, 2 ounces shredded turkey (too full! Three ounces is my max, though my NUT said 2-4)

S- Protein Shake (Unjury chocolate splendor)

D- 3 oz crab cake (no bread crumbs)

Good luck to all!

Hi April sleevers! I was wondering if anyone else is in a stall? My clothes feel big, I feel great but the scale is stuck. Just curious if anyone else is experiencing this as well. Thanks! I hope you all feel smaller

I was sleeved April 27. I have a Premeir shake when I get up 30grams of Protein. about every 2-3 hours, I have a small amount of cottage cheese, greek yogurt or mashed Beans, pureed fish, chicken or pork. I drink Water with Profuse in it, 20 grams of protein 24 ounces. I also drink lemon water in the evening. I also have about 2 SF popsicles while watching tv. I usually have 40- 50 ounces of water and over 50 grams of protein in a day. I have not weighed myself since 1 week post op at the doctors office, so I have no idea how I am doing.

No problem with liquids, but am only getting in 30-40g protein per day. I have just bought some unflavored protein to add to my food so hopefully it will help. I am only eating one meal a day and can only eat a few bites before I'm full.Thank goodness I'm getting my vitamins and supplements in! At 3 weeks post Op I am down 12 lbs and one dress size.

Have you tried Isopure? It has 40 grams of protein and counts as 20 ounces of liquid. They are great for killing two birds with one stone.
