What do people mean by the slimes or foaming?

I hear ppl talk about that, but don't understand what it is. Would like to know in case I experience it. Also what is dumping?

Foaming/ slimeing is when you throw up but nothing but a foamy white substance comes up. Dumping is when you eat something and a while later you get cold sweats and stomach cramps and bad diarrhea. And you literally run to the bathroom until it passes

Your body is no longer being subjected to as many additives and reacted as such. It makes you wonder what we are really putting in our bodies.
