Hi,

I tried to get to this site and it seems to no longer be there. I can never get in enough Protein without a shake or two. Could someone tell me how to find a "sticky"?

Thanks

I just realized that was a dumb question, since I found the "sticky" but I can't get to the site.

Thanks for the site, found lots of good information, also added to favorites. Now about those milkshakes.

What would be considered "high" protein. I bookmarked the link but I was wondering is there a formula? X amount of calories divided by X amount of protein = certain number to be above to be considered a high protien food item.

Thanks for the site. I have an appointment with my surgeon on 4/19/05. I am just starting my journey. I have saved the site for future reference. Thanks a lot.

I've seen many good ideas here and I'm excited. My daughter & I have just started the process - but I'm determined. I've seen no mention of alcohol - say wine with dinner or a cold beer???? Is booze totally out of the picture forever????

I tried to get on the site tonite and its gone??? Does anyone still have the information that was on that site. My surgery is scheduled for June 8th....so the information would be helpful.

Thanks,

Maria

Thanks for the information I will use it.
