I need to work on tracking

It's hard with everything else we have to do but if I don't do it I know I won't meet my requirements I'm sure once it's easier to get more then a few sips in it won't be as important;) I just keep a little note pad with me I find it easier then tracking on my phone at this stage .....good luck with your tracking

My surgery was jan. 29th... Postponed from the 27th bc of the snow.. Slow and steady now.. Hard to sip anything bc of pain but I hope that gets easier with time!

Sleeved on the 28th. Terrible nausea/dry heaves on the first night but been ok since. Having trouble getting protein, but no probs with liquids. Hope everyone is doing well!!!
