Favorite protein drink?

Hi all - just curious what everyone drinks for Protein drinks. I'm pre-op but stockpiling Protein Drinks to try ahead of time. I picked up Premier Protein on sale at costco and just ordered Isopure from GNC. What do you all recommend?

I would highly recommend against stockpiling anything. Any protein shake I tolerated pre op I hated post op and I've heard this happens to a lot of people. Keep this in mind before you spend a bunch of money.

Try doing a search on proteins. There are several active thread with loads of good information.

Isopure. Is disgusting...You can order samples from Uni jury starter kit $21..protein soup, unflavored and vanilla protein is good. You can order Syntax Nectar 15 samples $15

My favorite Protein shakes are Premier Protein (chocolate) and chike coffee flavor. What I like even more though is protein hot chocolate (bariwise). Hope that helps!

Premier Protein for me (available at costco or on Amazon). I liked it both before and after surgery. Pre-mixed.
