My weight loss success!

  • Popular Post

Hello everybody, my name is Erica I am 33 years old and had the gastric sleeve procedure on June 23, 2014. My weight pre op was 275.4. I am now 187 pounds! And has only been five months and I have never felt so good. In the beginning it was very tough and I went through a little regret but I can't tell you how happy I am and how happy I am with my results. I am posting a picture down below of the last few months. If you are thinking about doing the procedure and you were unsure let me tell you how it has totally changed my life for the better! I am so happy with the results and how I feel and how my health has improved dramatically! If you all have any questions or concerns I would love to chat with you I will really look forward to seeing everybody's posts and success stories.

Erica

I'm new to the sleeve. I'm going on 4 weeks and can't seem to get past the puréed stage. Something's still hurt to swallow. Do you exercise at all or just consume protein?

You look great!! Any issues with loose skin? Im really worried with that when I get my surgery and loose the weight.

Good job!

What do you eat?

Yes Unfortunately I do have loose skin. I have lost so much so fast that it made my arms belly and thighs s little "flabby". I'm looking into some cosmetic surgeries in te future when I hit my goal. Also for the puréed stage

I remember it being very difficult and uncomfortable for me for just a little over a month. Your almost over

That hump once you get past yor montj everything will slowly get easier. The pain will go away and things will be much easier to swallow and digest. Thanks again for the encouraging words!!! Please leave

Your success stories or anytning. I love to read aboit everyone's adventure.

You look amazing! How did you pick the sleeve? I am thinking about either the gastric sleeve or gastric bypass.
