  2. If you've seen the Fitbit commercials on tv, those are great too. I got one for Christmas and haven't taken it off but tracks steps and calories burned, your sleep pattern, and you can also track food you've eaten throughout the day and can also scan the barcode for nutritional info and put in your serving sizes. It also tracks your fluid intake throughout the day. It's quite handy. It connects through Bluetooth on a smartphone or tablet. I think on a pc too. ????
  3. I had the sleeve done December 3rd :-)
  4. Oh and there's optisource post bariatric surgery chewable a too. I tried those first. They're not bad and you can buy them at Walgreens. ????
  5. Try bariatricfusion.com. They have a complete multi with iron and calcium citrate in them so it's the only one you have to take and you don't have to take additional iron or vitamin d or anything like that.
  6. I'm new to the sleeve. I'm going on 4 weeks and can't seem to get past the puréed stage. Something's still hurt to swallow. Do you exercise at all or just consume protein?
