Hey all! I just really wanted to share this new app I found for my phone that keeps track of what you eat and counts calories for you. I am loving it!

I use "My Fitness Pal" App. My dietician recommended it and it is very good. It has a barcode feature so you just scan the barcode and it will give you all the nutrition info. Also, you can enter recipes and it will calculate everything for you. It will also count your exercise and incorporate it into your numbers.

If you've seen the Fitbit commercials on tv, those are great too. I got one for Christmas and haven't taken it off but tracks steps and calories burned, your sleep pattern, and you can also track food you've eaten throughout the day and can also scan the barcode for nutritional info and put in your serving sizes. It also tracks your fluid intake throughout the day. It's quite handy. It connects through Bluetooth on a smartphone or tablet. I think on a pc too. ????
