What not to say...

  • Popular Post

So, I unexpectedly bump into my dietician in the supermarket, six months after my final appointment with him.

I was really touched at how pleased he was to see me saying "you look amazing" and "you have done so well".

What did I say in return? "Do you want to look at what's in my shopping basket?"

WTF???? Lol!

Ha Ha, We all have those moments when we invariably sound like we're mentally demenished for a few moments. It doesn't matter, you looked awesome when you said it .... and that's all that matters. You go girl.

Just say thank you. Nice to see you. Move on

Lol, I always assume that people are looking at the contents of my shopping buggy and judging me. Maybe I should just start imagining running into my dietician when I get tempted by things like pumpkin spice cereal bars or dark chocolate peanut butter cups at Trader Joe's!

LOL..ha ha most likely he would have said nope! I think you got this one kid! ;)

Well he probably does, to see what's working so well for you!

Congrats!
