October Surgery Date

  • Popular Post

Hi everyone!

Just came back from doctor's office and have a October 28th surgery date for Gastric Bypass. This is it, the high diving platform. Knees are trembling.

Anyone else in October? Let's keep in touch as we support each other. We have the pre-op diet and getting mentally ready for this.

LET'S DO IT!

I AM ALIVE. It was not bad at all. I slept mostly. Never was wake long enough to post. All I did was go to bathroom and one small walk. Did have a couple bouts of nausea but they were not as bad as pregnancy nausea. I think the pain meds are working really well. I slept like a baby. Good luck today, I am the biggest chicken on earth and this is so doable

This is going way better then expected. For those of you waiting your turn. Don't worry, this is fine. I am having a relaxing hospital stay. Turns out my hospital has single rooms for the Bariatric aisle. During my walk I counted 20 patients from my doctor and other area doctors.

The other thing is I have used nothing from my luggage.

@@Beni YAY!!!! So happy everything is going well. Keep it up and you'll be home healing in no time.
