Hi,
I have decided to go ahead with Gastric Bypass surgery (about 2 hours ago).
I am 50, 265lbs and 5' 5".
I have high blood pressure, sleep apnea and pre-diabetes. My decision is largely based on - you only abandon ship when you step up into the dingy. Well, my boat is sinking and I am stepping up.
I have spent many hours on Bariatric Pal over the past weeks and I could not have made this decision without reading all the stories you have shared. Specially because this is a journey we go through largely on our own, all your help is invaluable to me.
