Hi. Nothing set in stone. But I have bought protein powder and have been working on different ideas. I am very fortunate that my good friend and her husband have both had the surgery. So they will be helping me out a lot. How about you?

Katnfl...where in Florida are you? Im near pensacola too. Ive been looking for someone close to me.

Nothing yet but I'm researching... I know what I'm supposed to have and not have just wanted to see a sample daily food plan...

I will see what I can find. : )

I will be having surgery in Mid-October. I would love to have a buddy - I'm starting to get nervous, but I'm ready to get moving forward.

OCT 01 for me. Doing the pre-op diet, now to toughen up on the 2 week pre-op. We will be on vacation until surgery day, so a lot more vitamins, supplements, and protein shake to carry with us.

Yes. You have to uninstall the app and reinstall it. They have a new and improved app but its the same. Yeah...stupid i know. I had to do it to make it work
