I'm 3 months out and have lost 50pounds since surgery on may 31st ... I've cheated aloy this month so bring on September clllleeean month and exercise

Here is what I pretty much eat all day right now

My evening dinners or every two hour eats lol muscle milk light 160 cal

2 avocado tuna egg salad with celery and pepper garlic post-218935-14098006307436_thumb.jpg post-218935-14098006408654_thumb.jpg post-218935-1409800653913_thumb.jpg post-218935-1409800741869_thumb.jpgsnacks total 400 something cal I think

2 watermelon 50 cal each x 2 = 100 cal

Bell pepper slices with carrots and string Beans with hummus not Sure the cal in take but if I where to guess 160 cal

Total for the night around 820 cal for the night plus my ISO pro right after the gym 920 cal now.

up from 700 a day .

i'm 10 weeks & down 47 but seems to be coming off very slowly now. haven't moved much in 2 weeks- ugh!

Sweet 285 is my official weight it looks like so from may 30 surgery day 357 weigh in to oct 7 weigh in at 285. I was hoping for 275 but still a great birthday present for me :) so my total weight loss to this date is 72 pounds very excited . 62 lbs in 4 months.. Very excited! 24% loss so far!! I'm over 1/2 way to my goal!!

wow you folks are doing great! can you share at 3 months out what your typical meals or exercise is and what you can or cannot eat at this point or tips? thx

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
