TOM restriction? Is it true?

Recommended Posts

I Didn't believe that the TOM could cause restriction, but I'm starting to see a pattern. I get stuck every time my monthly just about to start. I thought this was an old wives tale but I'm beginning to think it's true. Does this happen to anyone else?

Obviously I have no experience in this area but I'm responding to this to remove it from the no reply section so that it's exposed to people using apps and maybe responded to?

But I've seen dozens of women respond to weight gain and how it correlates to TOM.

Definitely happened to me before I got pregnant. I tend to retain a lot of Water and think it has something to do with that. Just one more thing to deal with during that time, right? LOL.

I know my Dr thought I was crazy but I noticed a difference when it became closer to my period and when the weather got colder. Strangest thing

absolutely true. I have trouble the day before and the first day of my period. After that, back to perfectly normal.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
