What Type of Multi Vitamin Do You Take?

Hi there, I was just wondering what type of multi Vitamins everyone else in taking. Or do you take one at all?

Right now I am using Nature's Own Multi Vitamin Plus Fish Oil (Omega 3) it's OK but I am sure that there must be something better. I feel like it's not doing anything for me. Thanks for any advice in advance.

M y dietician suggested Supradyn when I went on my liquid stage and I've been taking it eversince along with my regular "glass" of Berocca first thing in the morning.

Hi, the supradyn is not a complete multi, good for the first few weeks to get down but after that you need a better multi with more nutrients. I have been taking the Swiss Ultravite for women for years and find it to be great, I can tell from my energy levels whether I've forgotten it or not. It does go down, but you can break it in half if neccesary.

Cenovis multi vitamins for me - now Goanna where are you? haven't seen any postings from you in ages!! maybe you have truly faded away to nothing. please post so we know you are still with us.

I take a vitamin that is in liquid for by a company called univera. The products are made from nautal plants. the ones I use are agless xtra and ageless essentials. this actually has stopped my hair loss and I have quite a bit of energy.

Hey, I take Centrum broken in half every morning. I am also taking Biotin for my hair loss. I have the thickest hair but have been losing it in clumps lately. I was told it should grow back normally once I have lost all my weight and it has stabilised.:)

I take Accomin liquid - 10mls a day.

I'm still in the liquid stage (12 days Post op), but I'm finding it pretty good - I started taking it 2 weeks pre band.

Centrum chewable and a chewable calcium. Although I'm getting sick of chewables and want to swtich to regular pills..... I haven't been pulverizing my regular pills to take them anymore.....I just take a lot of water with them to make sure they go on through.

Did you know that consumerlab.com tests supplements and can tell you which ones really have what they say they have? They found that almost all supplements of CoQ10 had NO or little CoQ10 in them. It's worth is in order to get what you pay for.....

HI there, I am taking Centrum, It was suggested to my after surgery and i break them in half and have since the day i came home from hospital.

They are good actually.. but i think even after my liquid stage i will have them broken in half.. They are HUGE.....
