What Type of Multi Vitamin Do You Take?

Hi there, I was just wondering what type of multi Vitamins everyone else in taking. Or do you take one at all?

Right now I am using Nature's Own Multi Vitamin Plus Fish Oil (Omega 3) it's OK but I am sure that there must be something better. I feel like it's not doing anything for me. Thanks for any advice in advance.

I take Berocca, when I take one. I don't always, I sometimes feel my tail draggin... and I take a Berocca.

I was recently told to start a calcium supp. There is one called Viactive, its a chewable chocolate or caramel candy type item, I noticed that there is a new multi-vitamin brand also that I think I will try because its actually very good tasting. I hate those chewable Centrums, taste to me like a sweet tart and I never liked those!

I am trying hard to get away from artificial sweeteners, so I think I'll be back to regular pills. Sick of chemicals/happy not to have high blood sugar anymore/wanting to retrain my sweet tooth.
