Sleeve

Hi y'all

I had my sleeve done on Wednesday and I'm surprised at how much it doesn't hurt. Mite be because I have a failed spine and am in chronic pain from that. Lol. The only issue I'm having is the gas.

The gas makes me so nauseas. I'm using Gas-x strips but ow!!

Any one have any suggestions please?? And I am walking to help relieve also. Lol

I've heard that walking helps a lot. Let us know if that helps.

I have been walking. Just got back from one. I heard the sane thing so I've been trying to walk as much or just move as possible.

Had mine Wednesday too and yup the gas is the worst part. I will be following along for suggestions

Gas was the worst part for me too. I never really felt any pain from my new stomach or from the stitches. Walking and getting up and down were the only things that seemed to reduce the gas pains.

How long did it take for the gas to go away? I'm walking a lot to help it move.

Well, it's been 4 days since my sleeve and the gas is finally mostly gone. Very bearable now. I'm down 10lbs so far. Haven't been very hungry but I'm sure that will change. Lol
