Just had to let you know...I had been in so much trouble with Vitamins since my lapband (november 2012) but few months ago I found the Zinzino balance shake. I live in scandinavia and it has been on the market here for a while but now available in the USA as well. This shake is full of Vitamins and the biggest focus is getting balance between Omega 3 and Omega 6 in the body, by doing that our bodies are more able to get rid of any swelling in the body. By drinking one per day for few months I´m free of joint pain and depression, I get all the vitamins I need without chocking on the pills ;) and my energy level is higher than ever :D You can also buy it as an oil...like fish oil.

I just felt obligated to tell you about this since I have found so many answers here and this website has helped my more than you can imagine.

      Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
