What percentage is your protein, carb and fat intake daily?

Just curious to see how many grams of each you take in.....

My settings on myfitnesspal are for 30% carbs, 35% Protein, and 35% fat, which works out to 64 grams of carbs, 74 grams of protein, and 33 grams of fat for 850 calories. I usually end up higher on protein and lower in fat at the end of the day. My usual minimum protein is more like 85 grams and I rarely go over 25 grams of fat.

I try for 60 - 80 grams of Protein daily, but it was several months post-op before I was able to get that much in.

I aim for at least 75 grams of Protein. At the end of the day, I'm usually around 1/3 of each. Sometimes higher in protein, sometimes not.

like the others, Protein is key for me.......70+ per day is my goal and i also focus on my liquid intake (96 oz +)....but always mindful of my cals in vs cals out difference (as 3500 cal ate/drank is a pound) and if i take in more cals than i burn off with living/moving/exercise, i will not lose).

I try to do 40/40/20 on P/F/C and usually end up closer to 35/40/25. I don't worry about fat it's the carbs I try to keep below 50 gms. But it took weeks if not months after surgery to get there. Initially I just tried to hit the Protein numbers

I have been using 1300 cals a day since month 3-4. I am 5-10 so can get away with it. I just looked at MFP and I am usually 25-30% Protein , 30-40% carbs and 35-40% fat. I eat 70-100g protein a day. I don't count carbs but it is around 100 to 150g. One reason my fat and carbs are high is because Beans and nuts are a big part of my diet. My biggest goal is to keep sugar grams under 25g. But if I eat fruit I am flexible on that.

I shoot for 30/40/30 P/C/F and track it daily in MFP. The actual numbers last week were 33%/33%/34%. The week before 33%/35%/32%. My surgeon requires 100g a day for Protein for the guys and I seldom fail to meet that primary goal. As you can see, I struggle a little to hit the 40% carb mark. I don't worry too, too much about fat since the numbers can be deceiving because of the malabsorption associated with RnY.

Like just about every other aspect of WLS, I think it's important to remember that there's no "one size fits all" formula for macro nutrient ratios. Lifestyle, activity level, genetic variables, medical history - lots of variables. To say nothing of where you are at in your weight loss journey. These are the numbers that I use for maintenance. They've worked well for me but as you can see, others have had great success with other variations.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
