Found this in a local health food store. Same brand as the Vitamins and Probiotics I take, so thought I'd try it. I was a little skeptical because most "organic, natural, raw" stuff tastes like dirt to me, but this was actually pretty good! It has kind of a nutty-honey taste. The "powder" doesn't dissolve... It's more of a suspension that you have to keep shaking or stirring, but it's a nice change from all the sweetness. Also has probiotics and good levels of Vitamin D, E, K, Iron and chromium that you never see in whey isolate products. I also found it on Amazon. post-182221-0-14271600-1397330344_thumb.jpg post-182221-0-75574800-1397330367_thumb.jpg

Kindle,

What's the name of it?

I can't deal with "Splenda" sweet anymore either.

Thanks

I have found Jay Robb whey Protein powder that is made with Stevia is not overly sweet. At least to me.

It comes in vanilla, strawberry and chocolate.

You can find it at Whole Foods, Amazon or eBay.

It mixes really well no chalky taste.

It has all kinds of Vitamins in it.

I second Jay Robbs Protein powder. it is disheartening to see so many products containing stevia which I think tastes awful.

I have a bottle of natural lemon extract. When a Protein Drink is too sweet, I add less than a teaspoon of the oil and everything tastes better

I use unsweetened almond milk with the Jay Robb Whey Protein Powder. It's the only shake I can tolerate.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
