Oh yes I have lots of questions. I'm due for surgery in July. I'm 5ft4 and 211lbs. I would like to be at 125. I want to be successful. I'm having my gallbladder out on Friday and that's supposed to help once I have my sleeve. I have gallstones and gallbladder disease. I really want to be a success at this like you! Any advice would be great. What did you start out at? How tall are you? What bmi were you in the beginning? What was your regimen in the beginning? Everyone's is so different.

You look fabulous!

Wow what a knockout

Awesome job!! Great pics!! Can any of you tell me if your breath changed after surgery? I'm a month out and my dental is all up to date so not that, but is it like that "ketosis"....which can affect your breath when on a protein diet.

Wow.... U looks stunningly beautiful , what a transform .. Happy for u . I have one question how much weight u loose in first six months & how much after ? Thanks for sharing it's really inspiring .

I went from about 240 to 175 lbs after 6 months. It slowed down a lot after. Now im losing about 2-3 lbs a month. :)

Woww you look great, I was just wondering did you do much exercise through your journey, and if so what kind of exercise , my surgery date is the 15/4/14

I didnt do much exercise in the first 6 months. Mostly just walking. I then started toning so i would do some weight training about 3 times a week. I also do spinning i enjoy it a lot! And sit ups every night before bed!

Hey! So im also 5ft4. I started out at 240. I had a bmi of about 40, maybe a bit higher. The surgery itself went very well. I had no pain at all (no meds). Just some neausea the first 2 days. The best advice is to walk a lot! Follow exactly what the doctor tells u to eat. I had zero appetite for a good 3 weeks post surgery. I was only on liquids. I didnt cheat at all but I also had no cravings whatsoever. Dont eat anything ur not suppose to because that will just stretch ur sleeve and ull regret later on! My sleeve has not stretched at all so i still eat very little, but i eat many times a day. Every 2-3 hours. I get cravings now for some stuff but a few bites will be enough! I couldnt eat refined sugars the first year i would get horrible cramps! But that seeems to have gone away.

Your surgery will go great! Just make sure to strictly follow your pre and post op diets!

You are even more of a motivation and inspiration for me! Thank you for posting, my pre op is in 7 hours and I can't sleep lol I'm so happy for you, congrats you are stunning!

I started at about 240. Im now at 132.. 14 months post op :)

If this is too personal please feel free not to answer, but you don't look like you have any excess skin...how's that possible? Did you do anything to help that?

You look phenomenal. It's inspiring!

I have a little on my stomach and legs but not much. I have pretty thick skin so that helped but doing sit ups every night definitely helps!

How did you do with the hair loss? You look like your hair is nice and full. I'm really freaking out about that part

I lost a lottt of hair. But its growing back! I cant really put my hair up now since I have short hairs everywhere! But its growing back fuller so Im super happy! I took Biotin pills every day and cut it shorter but it didnt do much for the loss.. It just one day stopped falling out! After about 9 months once my weight stabilized... Its just something we all have to deal with!
