Sign me up too! I have 24 more lbs to go until I can go see a PS for a consult. You would think that would be enough motivation for me. But I had a nasty affair with kit kats and choc. M&M's this weekend. I can say no to cake, because it makes me sick. However chocolate goes down just fine! I wouls like to loose 20 lbs and be at the 100 mark by Memorial Day! Then be at goal 165 by my B-day June 30th. One of my major problems is I can only eat about 6 bites until I get hiccups and am done eating. Then about 3 hours later I am hungry and go for snacking (M&Ms)..........

Twinmommy...

What is the process for being pre qualified for PS? Who sets the goal weight to say you can see a PS? I'm just curious... I mean...even if I do hit goal... I'm gonna wait for PS until after we have a baby...

NSV!

I was in a clothing shope here that was haveing a big clearance sale and thought I would get a few chear items that fit. (I don't want to spend alot on things I do not intend to wear long) Was looking through one of the stand of clothes and a sales lady came up to me and said "You should look over there, you look like a size 6 and there are some real cute size 6 pants that are a very good price" I just smiles and said "THANKS". Now I am not a size six YET, and she might of just been nice trying to make a sale. I dont care.........I loved it. But I did buy a very cute pair of size 8.....to wear until I fit into those size 6 that I also got (at a very good price).

You could probably go see one anytime. That is just what I have personally set for myself. I feel like after that, the rest will have to be cut off and tightened up. I wouldn't go until after the baby also. But I have had three kiddos and two C's 19 months apart. There is only so much the gym can do.

OK guys... I need some words of encouragement...

I've worked out (cardio only) the past 3 days...only ate what I'm supposed to..been getting all of my Water in... and the scale only moved .8 lbs!!! UUGGHHH!!!!!!

AND still no TOM... a week late... no worries...test was negative today. I'm miserable though... awful mood swings... I cried while watching the biggest loser last night!! Like full on sobbing!!!

My willpower is getting better though... yesterday the big boss brought in some donuts and donut holes... I stayed clear!! I even told my friend at work if she saw me going for them to trip me!!! Wouldnt that have been a sight!!!!

LauraP... I tried to post a message to you yesterday..guess it didnt take.. BUT....

AWESOME FOR YOU!!!

How thrilled were you by buying a size 8... but someone pushing you towards size 6!!! I dont ever recall in my adult life being below a size 10. I'm curvy.... and even at a size 10 my face was very thin...and still had the butt and boobs.... so I'm not expecting to get below that size... but OMG.. if I did... I think everyone would know!! I'd wear the darn pants inside out so everyone could see they were a size 8!!!! HA!!!!

OK... one last post then I'm getting ready for work.... haha....

I was in "pre band class" with a guy I went to high school with... really nice guy... it made me feel much better knowing that someone I knew would be going thru the same thing I was... anyhow... We are still in touch via myspace... he was banded in July...and is down 125!!!! how amazing is that?!? Then I found out that the girl I've been getting close with at work is his sister!!! Delaware is WAY too small... haha... I have told her that I'm also banded so she is keeping tabs on me.. making sure I'm getting my Water in... and keeping me away from the snack table.. she's a health nut so she's pretty good at keeping me on track!

have a good day everyone!! And remember when you go to reach for the junk food... MEMORIAL DAY CHALLANGE!!!!! WE CAN DO IT!!!

Great idea for a challenge! Thanks!

I'll shoot for 12 pounds off which would be 185.

Ahhhh, restriction.

4cc in my band, and I can feel the welcome pressure again. Better yet, doc has cleared me to start weight lifting again. Time to move the metal and move the number.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
