Thank you!

I am 39 years old

Start weight 246

Height-4 ft 11and 1/2

Current weight 124

(I got down to 117 at one point but was too thin)

I'm a size 2 and started at a 22 :)kinda crazy

My surgery was 12/13/12 I lost the weight in 9 months and have been maintaining since. It's been a wonderful journey. I still eat the foods I want just in moderation. I have never been. Big fan of exercising and as a working wife and mother of 5 simply don't have the time so no workout regimen to share.

3 months down and 60 lbs later. I feel like a whole new person. Life has never been so amazing. I seriously doubted my decision the first month. It was the hardest season of my life so far. But so so SO worth it. And I'm no where near where I need to be yet!!!

Do you mind if I ask what your starting weight was and what your current weight is? How tall are you? I think I look similar to your before shot. You're looking so awesome!

No, I've not had any yet but I will eventually. Luckily my arms and other areas that show bounced back pretty well but my legs are probably the worst. I also have nothing left as far as breasts so I would like to get implants. Right now I'm still getting used to putting on a size 2. I so love it

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
