went and saw my dr. for A1c blood work and all that good stuff, I took all my meds and told her I couldn't take 41 pills a day. she said that since I been going to the pain clinic for cortisone shots that she was taking me off 16 pain pills and watch how everything goes. im happy for that, so I will take the meds if needed.

now she wants me to start taking the Vitamins I need for the after the surgery, so that will b a add on of 12 pills (don't like it) and to take the rest of my meds.

Calicum carbonate, Multivitamins, Iron, Vitamin d3, b12, Biotin.

I am off

Lamictal, Flexeril, sumatriptan, Neurontin, tramadol total of 16 pills.

Now to go back and lose the 4lb I gained since I last seen my nut. making an appt today to see her even thou I don't have to I was cleared by my nut and psych, but she said I can go see her anytime if I liked.

Wow that is a boat load of pills. Good for you though, your on your way to a better and healthier you! Vitamins are a lot better then that kind of meds. Less affects on your other organs! SWEET!!!!!!!!!! :)

You still need to watch the Vitamins you take, one of my doctors is all about healthy , they have lab made vitamins, the kind that are derived from plants, fruits, n veggies.

Congratulations!!!

that's awesome...so glad that is being reduced...my doctor told me calcium citrate instead of carbonate, said it goes into the system better... after surgery you will probably will be reduced again! congrats, I know you were hoping that would happen!!!

I take bariatric advantage with iron and calcium citrate chewables. . That means three tasty treats and only three vitamins.

Much easier!

awesome job, high five!
