How are you preparing for surgery? What protein sources are you planning to use?

Good Luck to today's Sleevers!!! My thoughts are with you!!! Mine is tomorrow and must be there at 5 am. So so nervous yet so darn excited!!!!

Well... I'm here at the hospital. Ready to go! Only a little bit nervous. Ha not! I had to take 2 Xanax just to get out of the car. But.... I'm here and all checked in. I will update everyone as soon as possible. I'll try to spare you my drug induced day one ramblings! Good luck to everyone else... Keep with the pre op diets. Don't for get your before pictures & measurements!

My surgery is on March 12. My pre op diet starts tomorrow. I only have to do a week of liquids. I'm excited!!!!! I'm nervous!!!!!! I'm hoping to be out of work for just a week. I have a desk job. I occasionally have to get up to get papers out the copier other then that drive to work and home. We'll my 1 week count down starts tomorrow!! Yeahhhhhh! When should I do my measurements and before pics?

Thanks for the reminder to take before pics and measurements. Too bad I didn't take a before pic when I was at my heaviest at 320. After this pre-op diet I am around 305. Oh well better late than never!

Anxiously waiting for the phone call to tell me what time to go in tomorrow! I have waves of nervousness. One minute I am happy and distracted then WHABAM! My brain is like "Oh hey just thought I'd remind you you're having surgery tomorrow" and then my stomach starts turning. grrrr. Hope I sleep well tonight!
