When someone of another race goes into a thread named "African American RNY Sisters and pulls an old thread to comment on, their purpose is to cause confusion.

I forgot about this thread but yeah it's annoying. Being "colorblind" hurts more than it helps. Some people are so busy acting like they're "WOKE" (when black people speak) that they're sleep.

For the same reason there are threads for surgery months, men's section, women's section, types of surgery etc. Because peeps like to bond over what connects them. It's not a hard concept.

Exactly. I love when people get it instead of people trying way too hard not to.

Don't know if you're on FB or INSTAGRAM, but that's how I learned about them. The brand I currently use is GOTYGOTY (stands for Girl Of The Year).

Their site is:

http://gotygotyplus.com

There's another that one day I'd like to test run called BodyFix (also on IG) & their site is:

www.shopthebodyfix.com

Both companies show pics & videos of men & women (mostly gals) wearing/ using their gear! 😊👍 Btw, if/ when you purchase & wear these garments, wear a tee shirt or tank top under it and their arm bands; thin material leggings under their shorts/capris. Not just to see how much of a sweat you worked up & it keeps you motivated. But also you don't want the garment's underside against your skin. I'm VERY sensitive & break out almost from anything. I found that out. 😥😖

Also, these hotgear items need to be HAND WASHED & DRIP DRY. Machine wash and dry on any light cycle can damage the materials within the fabric's fibers that help you to pull that perspiration from your body. They go into detail on their sites.

Toodles.

Check 'em out if you wish. Yeah, that's my pics below. Cheers & all the best. I tried to post screenshots, but had trouble. Oh well

Thank you SO MUCH for all of this!

I've bought a few things off of Amazon but since I haven't been on here in a bunch of months i'm catching up.

Looks like I have a little bit of shopping to do :).

I hope you've been doing well! I've missed the site and most of the people lol :).

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
