Yes usually when I go from a sitting to standing. Mostly if I'm sitting on the ground though. I do not have random dizzy spells though.

I get them. Often if I am bending over then stand up quickly. I also got them about two years ago after losing about 50 lbs. my blood pressure was pretty low from the weight loss. The doctor said it wasn't a big deal.

Only once because I wasn't drinking enough water that day. I make sure I get all my liquids in now.

I had this too. My dr. said it is from blood pressure dropping. I was on BP meds and had to have them decreased and will be discontinuing them this week,

I get them when I bend over and get up quickly.
