I am excited it took me a long time to get to this point now its all happening so fast!

I understand the "going so fast" part...at first I thought it would never get here and then it went REALLY fast!! I am not really nervous yet...just excited!! I can't wait to be a changed woman!!

When is yours?

Sorry...I'm still trying to get the hang of this on an iPhone!!! I am scheduled for Wednesday.

!!!!! Good luck!!! I know you will do great!!! do you know anything about your post op diet yet?

Yes...the day of is clear liquids. The first week is 2 protein shakes a day and dinner is soft food...mashed potatoes, yogurt, Creme soups that sort if thing

Make sure you have a heating pad ready for any possible gas in your body. It helps alleviate any gas discomforts. The surgery itself was a piece of cake for me. I drove my car the next day and attended a Weight reduction meeting at my local hospital. I had very little discomfort. Pain liquids were prescribed but I wasn't affected. Remeber to SIP the water and NO straw. (causes you to suck air bubbles).

Best wishes and Keep the Faith
