  1. My Calli girl is 12. My best friend before my kids.
  2. Me too! I've been at a stall for a week at 212. I'm adding more calories this week to see if that helps. Good luck!!
  3. Good work! How do you get all that protein in?
  4. Yes! It is on tv. They do go through a series of questions. Based on my weight vas goals, my plan is cardio burn. It's a series of short cardio sets with a rest period. I like the timer bar at the bottom of the screen. I put the app on my iPad, so I can workout in my bedroom, basement, or garage (lol) if I need to be alone.
  5. Will you add me please, Jen o'connor.
  6. I did the whole workout with no pain. It is muscles I haven't used in a while.
  7. Omg. Did the first day workout yesterday and I can hardly walk today. It was legs, butt and thighs. Ouch!
  8. I am indifferent. If you ask, I'll tell ya.
  9. I am totally with you! Especially 4 and 9!!
  10. Right now I have a bratwurst with mustard, for example.
  11. Try having a sauce with whatever you eat. Try ranch with chicken or a-1 with a filet. I found it helps keep the moisture as I eat.
  12. I walk or sit up very straight. I've never slimed or pb.
  13. I have the flex. It tracks steps, calories, food, sleep (when I remember to set it). Helps me keep active when I'm feeling lazy.
  14. So happy for you! I'm so inspired.
  15. You have to supply email to be friends on fitbit.
  16. I have the flex. Got it in 3 days after ordering on bestbuy.com.

At my 6 week appointment I was cleared for everything. I specifically asked about crunches and planks. Good luck!
  18. I was the same. I was losing 1 lb a day and then... nothing. The first compliment I received at work was to get new clothes, they are too baggy! So even though the "lbs" are not moving, your clothes should be starting to get lose. Don't forget that this is a long haul, not a sprint. After 6 weeks I'm down 20 lbs! I'm proud of myself and you should be proud too!
  19. I asked to go home and my surgeon said it was fine. I had surgery at 11 am and was home at 7:30pm. I had to pee, walk and "eat" my dinner before I could leave. I did all that and only had one dose of pain meds ( liquid pain meds=gross).
  20. They gave me a battery device around my wrist after surgery that stopped the nausea. I got to take it home and the battery worked for 7 days. Maybe you can get the prego wrist bands to help with nausea?
  21. How do your clothes fit? Mine are looser everyday, but I haven't lost lbs for weeks! 1st fill on the 27th.
  22. I know exactly. I am 4 weeks post op and was scared to eat lady week. I didn't lose a pound. I will say that my clothes are loser.
  23. Yep, same thing. My Dr said Imodium was fine too.
