Omg. Did the first day workout yesterday and I can hardly walk today. It was legs, butt and thighs. Ouch!

Is it a program called that? Not a fan of work outs that potentially discourage people for the pain. If you love it then go get it. If not work into it or up to it. That pain can last for days and there isn't much you can do about it once there. Read though, several of supplement in such a way we rarely feel muscle soreness and train heavy repeatedly all week.

I did the whole workout with no pain. It is muscles I haven't used in a while.

Nice... Keep rocking it out!

Is this that thing I've seen on TV "daily burn"? Does it give u exercises based on your weight & limitations? A friend of mine gave me PX 90 it was a sweet gesture... But there's no way at 260 I can do that work out lol looking forward to a day when I can though!

Yes! It is on tv. They do go through a series of questions. Based on my weight vas goals, my plan is cardio burn. It's a series of short cardio sets with a rest period. I like the timer bar at the bottom of the screen. I put the app on my iPad, so I can workout in my bedroom, basement, or garage (lol) if I need to be alone.

Awesome!!! Keep up the great work!!!
