I just got my date! I asked for Jan 16th so I could have a long Martin Luther weekend to recover. I got my date...whoo hoo! I wanted to connect with others for this time frame. So excited can't wait.

I am getting banded January 10 also. Excited, nervous at the same time. This is my first time ever having surgery so being put under freaks me out.

Good luck slinkie! You'll be fine, although I never really believed it myself before hand. Just woke up after an epic 10 hour sleep again, could do with some more to be honest. Looking forward to some yoghurt later as I really haven't been managing many calories during the day. Am going to start formulating a soft food/mushies menu for next week. That should keep me entertained today!

pjones, can you explain? They told me to bring my c pap, but I thought it was if I had to spend the night. Ugh! So looking forward to being done with that thing once and for all!!!!
