December 2013 Sleever Pounds Lost Log

At the suggestion of a fellow sleever (thanks DeezJeans) I'm starting a post-op success story thread. This can be a 'numbers' thread...when you do your weigh in's, you can post your pounds lost here, and we can keep a running total. We can use this thread JUST for pounds lost!

Looking forward to the thousands of pounds we WILL be losing!

Here's what we would like to do. Please send me a private message with your goal pounds lost. (Meaning, if your goal is to lose 150 pounds, just jot that down in a quick private message and send that to me.)

Then we will compile all the pounds from everyone who wants to participate, and post the full amount, and then work towards those goals with weekly updates. We will be recording those pounds lost AFTER surgery!

You will still post your pounds lost on this forum here so we can Celebrate all of your victories (and I will keep track of them on my trusty spreadsheet, and then report the weekly pounds lost)

If you have any questions, please let me know!

HW: 232 SW: 223 CE: 187 I had a very challenging week at work that required sacrificing sllep and workouts and included resturant food for several meals. I concentrated on eatin protein & drinking water - made it through with a 2 lb. loss! I'm loving my sleeve!!!

Cant wait to enter onederland. Loss has slowed down, but my doctor says I am right on track.

I had to cut 3 inches off my long hair because it is breaking off and falling down. It is not necessarily falling at the root, but breaking. Hopefully it will stop soon. I guess that is why I am not so upset at the slower weight loss rate, because I rationalize that it is better for my hair (I know, I know...)!!!

Good job everyone!
