Dr. Weigh In Today

I am so excited...I am on my mission to lose 50 pounds so my doctor will do my surgery. I went and weighed in today and I lost 16.4 pounds. I could not be happier, I just hope it keeps going this way. My next weigh-in is next Friday!

I lost that in 6 days. I am on the preop diet, so I have 4 Protein shakes a day, unlimited sugar free Jello, unlimited sugar free popsicles, broth and Water. That is all I eat. It is tough, but worth it.

you will lose the weight for your doc......

then you will continue to lose, and lose and lose for yourself post WLS

hold on to your excitement

it will help you through some possible hard times - but mainly, smooth sailing ahead (except for stalls!! )
