Been on vacation and no pain no gain!!

I was on a 2 week vacation. Last time I vacationed it took me nearly 2 months to take off the 14 pounds I gained! But this time thank you lap band I did not gain a ounce! I didn't lose but I didn't gain so it's all good! The nearest 24 hour fitness was 50 miles from where I was staying so I didn't workout like I would at home. Well looking forward to a nice loss this month. Also got my 3rd fill last Thursday and I am feeling lots of restriction I get full on water! Will make for a great holiday season!!

Great NSV!!! You are working it! Vacation without gaining! woohoo!

went on vacation in Aug. and I gained about 2 lbs but I gotta say I was surprised it wasn't more.. the food was excellent and I also drank a beer or two and some wine (which I never do).. so all in all it was great.. I did immediately lose the 2 lbs after returning home and getting back on track.. first time I have ever done that after a vacation...

Yippee! I can't wait to be out of food jail...

lol food jail love that...good job you guy's isnt surprizing how in control we can be now that our stoma is like all the healthly people...I am loving being normal still can eat anything I want just dont want it much anymore...

I traveled to Hawaii, Atlanta and Florida over the last 6 weeks and LOST 4 lbs. Swam with Sea Turtles, walked on beaches, ate healthy.... We can all do this!!
