I tryed tuna fish and cottage cheese and it felt like I dropped a brick in my tummy

Hey I tried some whey protein watermelon flavored from Walmart. I just split it in 2 bottles of water. It's amazing ESP if its super cold.

You are not alone! My left side pain is still pretty bad. I sneezed yesterday and started crying! I feel like I would be way more active if I didn't have to hold my side all day! I know it takes time' date=' but it is somewhat frustrating at this point! I have also tried gas x and miralax thinking that maybe it was my bowel that was causing the pain, but no dice! Hope you feel better soon, but just know that you are not alone![/quote']

Your not alone im still on my pain meds my left side below my ribs is killing me

Is it the whey isolate that we need? I've yet to find pure whey isolate at Walmart?

Yes it is and Wal-Mart carry it in some 3 tubes. The only thing is the thickness of the fluid. I have never had cum in my mouth but I've seen it and I think it's an equal to swallowing. Just the way it looks and the gooiness of it

Lmao!

Hahaha! Well just got back from my first post op visit and I have lost a pound a day since surgery and I haven't hardly been moving because of the pain. Doing better today though.

Finally home and on the losers side. Surgery was Tuesday, everything has gone really well. I expected to be in more pain, but this pales in comparison to the 3 c-sections that I've had. Did anyone else have to be on insulin post-surgery? Glad to be home!

Are any of you other April post ops have a hard time figuring out what the full feeling feels like? Being that we are still in pain from surgery...It's hard for me to tell?

Yeah. My surgery was on the eighth. I'm concerned I'm eating too much and too quickly. I'm not hungry but I know I need to eat and I'm not feeling full either unless I eat what seems like too much.

Tried Chike brand protein drink again today. I think this is the best tasting one I've ever had. I am gonna order some more now. You get 6 different flavors for 10. Good deal at www.chike.com. 28 grams protein and when mixed with 7oz skim milk, even more. Love it!
