1. hello ladies and gents, happy 1-year to everyone! Here are my before and afters. 273 to 166, size 26 to a size 10/12, still feeling fat....scared to go back to my old ways, feeling very self defeating at this moment....
2. I have united healthcare, and thank you. Good luck finding a surgeon! I keep hoping I will feel better once all the jiggly-gross is gone.....
3. I just celebrated my one year anniversary! I have lost 106lbs, which was 77% excess weight lost. I have to admit that I am still feeling lost, and fat(does that ever go away?) I feel like I sabotage myself. My weight has been EXACTLY the same since February, and it is super frustrating. I weigh 166lbs and can't seem to lose anything else. On a positive note, I just got approved for skin removal on my stomach, yay!
4. Speaking just for myself, I started at a huge 42F and I am now at a 38DD and the have shrunk/firmed nicely.
5. Surgery on 4/30/13. Start weight: 273 Current weight: 192! 81 pounds lost since surgery
6. We are just south of Denver, at Fort Carson. The weather here has been on the fritz lately! Snow is so unpredictable in December, they are predicting lots of it this year.
7. I got a pumpkin spice steamer from starbucks the other day. Super yummy, no coffee, skim milk....perfect to get my fix.
8. I was hitting stalls when I was eating very little calories each day, I bumped up to 1200 and am losing steadily again.
9. So, these were a very tight size 24(my pre-op pants), and today I am in a 14! 77 pounds lost!

Just me, I forget to take a "before" picture, so these will have to do!
11. I know exactly what you mean! My hair was 2/3rd's the way down my back and I hacked off 12 inches. It feels so much lighter and looks so much healthier! I would never have imagined that a bob would look cute on me, but now that my fat face is gone, I kinda love it.
12. Hello ONEDERLAND! I thought this day would never come! First huge goal, CRUSHED!
13. That is impressive. I am nearly 4 months out and have to force myself to get 700 calories. I struggled to get more than 400 for the first 2 months.
14. i am 4 months out and drink none! They made me sick, i get my protein through lean meat and yogurts and such.
15. Goal is 150 dream goal is 140.
16. I've only lost 5 pounds this month. I feel like my surgery is failing me.... I've tried upping my calories, lowering my calories, exercising more/less. I am 3 pounds away from being under 200 and I just can't seem to get there. I'm coming up on 4 months post-op and I just feel like I should be further along, there is no way I will make goal by 6 months, ugh. Just a little frustrating, I suppose, maybe I should blame it on the altitude here, lol.
17. So far, I've gone from a size 24 to a size 16.....Oh happy day!
18. I stalled again. This is so very discouraging! I went from 210 to 214, how is it that losing 60 pounds hardly feels like anything, but gaining 4 pounds makes me feel like a heifer! ugh! Can't wait for this stall to be over, it has been over a week now.
19. I've always been chesty, which I always loved but they started to hurt my back in the past few years. I went from a 42F to a 38DD. I wish they would stay this size. I just want a lift and small implant to make them perky again.
20. Yes! Pilates is a pain in the butt, literally!
21. anm1063 here, please feel free to add me. Diary is open
22. Danny, that is quite the accomplishment! Congratulations and keep up the hard work.
23. I am almost 2 months out and can eat only a few bites of a dense protein, but I can eat a cup of special k w/skim milk in the morning. It all depends on the texture of the food for me.
24. Totally the best feeling!!
25. In Tuesday, out Thursday.
