Am i eating enough? Surgery in march of 2013

Had surgery march of 2013, lost 68 plds to date. Only eating about 650 calories a day. Mostly proteins and about 60 grams of protein daily. Even with that amount of calories I am still hitting stalls. I was just wondering what the calorie intake is of others and the 6 month mark. Hope all is well!!!

I had my surgery in march and have lost 102lbs with no stalls ...I am at 800 calories a day and 60 g of protein ...every person is different but it is true what they say, you have to eat to lose

I would check with your nutritionist.... lots of people have stalls including myself :( but sometimes you have to increase the calories to lose, its that ol' metabolism thing !!! You have to fuel the body just like fueling a car - - no gas you don't go anywhere !!! So think of your body as a car :)

I was hitting stalls when I was eating very little calories each day, I bumped up to 1200 and am losing steadily again.

So I'm guessing I need to bump up my food!!!

I was down 89lbs at my 6 month post op in September. I had hit 2 stalls. The Dr said to start eating some carbs.I lost 5lbs in 3 days. Im 2.5lbs away from my goal weight.
