  1. Had surgery march of 2013, lost 68 plds to date. Only eating about 650 calories a day. Mostly proteins and about 60 grams of protein daily. Even with that amount of calories I am still hitting stalls. I was just wondering what the calorie intake is of others and the 6 month mark. Hope all is well!!!

  8. ElleG, great to hear you are doing well!!! I know what you mean, I took a drink today and felt like it just sat in my chest. Not sure the what problem is. I'm thirsty also. Hahahahaha. Wish I had those swabs they had in the hospital to quench your thirst lol maybe I need to chew on some ice, that should do the trick. Lol.
  9. Hello marchies, it's been a min. Just wanted to see how everyone's doing, hope fantastic. Just noticing 1 thing myself l, I have just not been able to eat. Not sick or anything just get so full so quickly, even struggling with my water intake. Hope my stomach did not shrink again. Hahahha no real complaints, just an observation. Hope all is well!!!   11. Oh heavens. I am addicted to tuna fish right now and shrimp so it does give me a lot of protein even if I don't make a protein shake. Yea my nut said by 6 months I will be up to 60 grams of protein. Someone on the march website put up something called protein 100. Maybe look into that.
  12. Yes it's awful. They put me on ambien and appears to be working. Thank heavens! Thought I was going to go crazy after the 3 rd night of not sleeping. Lol. Call you pcp!!
  13. Well no wonder your starving. Haha eat girl. Well probably when you actually fill your pouch you will start to be able to pick up in your fullness-signs. I'm on "purée" also, but I do throw some shrimp and soft cheeses in there seems to hold more weight. The baby bell cheese's are amazing. Lol. And a great snack
  14. I eat until my back tells me I'm done. My back will get a pain when I'm just at that point. But about 1/4 cup is what I can get down comfortably in one sitting. Hope that helps.

  17. Well, are you still retaining fluids? Getting your Protein in? Moving your bowels. And some people for some reason do not move in the scale, but are loosing inches like crazy. So make sure you are measuring yourself also. And if you need to shock your system throw some Peanut Butter into your protein. It high In fat, but a good protein. Serena. Xoxo.
