Yes she is superwoman! We are doing a Christmas brunch at home too since our big family Christmas with the parents and siblings is on the 28th this year. Egg bake and stuffed french toast for everyone else. Sounds delish! How about them Packers! ;) just about had a heart attack! ;)

Your doing a lot, too...hope your back is recovered so you can enjoy your day. There's nothing better than ruining the Cowboys day...now the Lions have to lose tonight...

Exactly especially since my hubby is from texas! Will be rooting for the Ravens tonight for sure!

Been having some really good days lately! The leg pain is getting better every day! Today i did some cleaning which made me feel good. Have also been doing some shopping and getting out of the house! Weight is at 208 today which is 132 down! There is a light at the end of the tunnel for me! ;)

Ok talked to the surgeon. They will get me in for a upper gi. My other Dr thinks my hives that I still have for the forth day are from uti. Unreal!

Wow hope they get you in soon! Enough messing around! Such a bad time of the year for all this too!

Glad you're getting it checked out...weird about the hives! Could you be allergic to something your taking. I found out I was allergic to amoxicillin when I took for strep throat.

So glad you're finally getting some relief from pain and can enjoy life! :-)

So..medical update...I saw the head of neurosurgery at UW Wisconsin...he works in a team , so I'll be seeing a neurologist, an ENT and him. More tests, but they hope they can find a non surgical approach. Quite the difference from the other doctor who just said to live with it and sent me back to pain management. It goes to show how proactive we need to be with our health.

Being more than 6 months out now...who in this April group has met your surgeons goal? I'm still 10 lbs shy of meeting his goal and and 29 lbs from meeting my goal! I'm very grateful for the pounds i have lost and feel so much better. No more blood pressure meds and cholesterol is now 160...but man, this is going at a snails pace!!!...oh, and i thought i was not a dumper...but after indulging in more than a few Christmas cookies...I discovered i am in fact a late dumper...but it's not too bad. Here's a pic from Thanksgiving with the huz. I really am not that small...i was squished up against him...LOL

Glad you got a second opinion. UW hospital is great. Hope they can help! ;) Good luck! Oh and the Lions lost! Woohoo!

Wow you are looking good! My surgeon never set a goal for me but the goal i set for myself was 170. I am at 208 so not too far off. Loss had slowed for me but seems to be picking up this last two weeks. I dumped once too bad it was late. I stay away from any sweets cuz I'd be done in a heartbeat. They are my downfall. Glad you are off the meds and blood work is good. Keep it up!! ;)

Oh how many times have I heard just live with it. How about you just live with the pain you get when I kick you in your balls....

My surgeons goal for me 18 months out was 185. I'm now 182... My goal has always been more ambitious...160 lbs. I feel fine the way I am...so much more energy...glad you're feeling ( and looking) great!
