Having trouble with feeling down again. Things are going good with weight and my back so I should be happy. I dont sleep really good and wonder if that has something to do with it. I absolutely hate this feeling. I try and try to tell myself to snap out of it but sometimes it is hard. Guess I'll need a trip back to doctor to maybe switch some meds.

Dori I'm sorry! It's such a awful feeling! I debated myself about if I needed more meds etc. u have so much on your plate..have had family with u back & forth for awhile..that's alot! You definitely deserve alot more me time and some pampering. We love u! If u ever need or want to talk I'm here.

I don't sleep, either. It's hard to say if the clinical depression causes the insomnia, or vice versa. Also, my meds are less effective after rny due to malabsorption.

Looks good! Another success for our april group. Its a beautiful ring. I tried mine the other day and it is still a bit too small. Dont know how it will feel actually being married again!

That's the thing. I did not feel complete with it off! No other ring fills that void.

I had my ring made bigger by a size a couple years ago...now it falls completely off so I can't wear it again. :-( Going to wait til goal to get it sized. So I ordered a ring with my kids names engraved on it and wear that for now.
