The shedding has started....not the lbs, but the HAIR...

Ughhhh, my hair has started shedding. Hopefully since my hair is so dang thick, it won't be noticeable. Been getting in as much Protein as possible and taking Biotin 2x a day.

Any other suggestions. Has anyone used Nioxin Shampoo/Conditioner??

I love wen. I won't use anything else. It's hard to get use to at first but the difference in my hair is amazing.

I use the Sally Beauty Supply version of Wen called Hair One. It's less than half the price. It doesn't strip my color and my hair is so soft. I haven't lost any more hair than normal but I swear by the stuff. My hairdresser says I have the healthiest colored hair she's ever seen.

Does anyone that has thinner hair use Wen or product like? If so, any problems with greasy hair?

Thanks,

E

Keratin can cause build up on the scalp for some people. If you start getting that just switch in a clarifying shampoo every other wash :)
