  2. Hold on to that happiness because this is one turbulent ride! Some days im happy, some I am mad, some furious, some sad, and some in deep despair. Your body and mind will play such tricks on you. Hold on to that good feeling.

  14. And when that guy says those people lose more than the acerage gb patient, I wonder what the basis of his research is, because we are all different and he does not know us all. I have lost way above" average" and havent done any silly weight loss tricks. Those days are done for me. I just work this tool and it works for me in exchange. You have to have a plan and forget about shortcuts. Those are the old days and this is not a race.
  15. Why would you want to take that crap? Surgery is all you need to get things jump started. Just be patient and dont mess your metabolism
  16. You are going to look fabulous! 115 is my personal goal weight. 160 was my surgeons goal weight for me. I am now 141 at 7 months out, and size 3. Still overweight. Wont be healthy weight till I reach 127 . Chippin away at it and working out like crazy.
  17. In the first year you will lose no matter what you do. Im sure its just the first of many stalls.
  18. Some people dont lose as much as others, just stick to plan and if you are meant to lose more you will.
  19. Many times sugar free things have caused me to dump, like jello. Things that are really loaded with sugar like ice cream, even frozen yogurt. I can have some sugar. Dry cereal is ok for me and fruit. Juice has never made me dump either
