I use the elliptical, treadmill, and ab bench. I dont have a specific regimen. I walked on the treadmill only for 6 months then I started doing the elliptical when my weight loss stalled. So I use one or the other for 30 minutes. I get up early and knock out my work out so im not thinking about it or put it off in the evenings. I drink the protein shots by sunkist. 42 grams. I take my powder vitamins ... i will post name later. I cut out sodas completely. I will eat "bad" foods but only take 1 or 2 bites so I dont feel denied certain foods. I weigh myself every morning. One thing that really helps me is taking pictures. I take pictures almost every day. My mind plays tricks on me. I still feel fat some days, I will look at pictures and not feel the way I look.
