  1. you look amazing! good job. what is ur goal.
  2. I didn't count calories. I would stall for weeks but stay persistent with your workout because the scale didn't move but I was losing inches. My workout was at least 30 minutes that was cardio, but maybe a few extra minutes doing sit ups and my arms.. but I mainly focus on cardio.
  3. I have a before pic attached i guess its not showing... can you see this picture. old pics
  4. These are the Vitamins I use. website is newlifebariatricsupplements.com
  5. Here's the link of where I order them. Protein shots by Sunkist http://www.a1supplements.com/Protein-Shot-42-Gram-12-Bottles-p-21043.html
  6. I use the elliptical, treadmill, and ab bench. I dont have a specific regimen. I walked on the treadmill only for 6 months then I started doing the elliptical when my weight loss stalled. So I use one or the other for 30 minutes. I get up early and knock out my work out so im not thinking about it or put it off in the evenings. I drink the protein shots by sunkist. 42 grams. I take my powder vitamins ... i will post name later. I cut out sodas completely. I will eat "bad" foods but only take 1 or 2 bites so I dont feel denied certain foods. I weigh myself every morning. One thing that really helps me is taking pictures. I take pictures almost every day. My mind plays tricks on me. I still feel fat some days, I will look at pictures and not feel the way I look.
