Weight loss has stopped :(

I had my op 15 months ago and have lost 7 and half stone, but my weight hasn't budged since Christmas not matter what I do, I've upped my protein but still nothing, any advice ??

Mine did that. I really stepped up my exercise and then the scale started to mine again. Really slow however. Like .2 lbs a week.

Mine is doing that now. But some my fault as I could exercise more than I do I have 50-60 more to lose and after my surgery next week I will be down for 6 more weeks then watch out!!! My pool is already filled just waiting!!

I went to the doctor last week for my one year check up. I am at 160. Asked him what my goal was. He said, 160. Apparently, good blood tests and a bmi under 30 are what he seeks.

It has taken me 4 months to lose 8 lbs. But maybe at that rate, by December I will be at 144.
