  3. I had my op 15 months ago and have lost 7 and half stone, but my weight hasn't budged since Christmas not matter what I do, I've upped my protein but still nothing, any advice ??
  4. Thank u everyone I'm gonna speak to my consultant on Thursday and see what he wants me to take )

I currently have to take my vitamins, iron and calcium twice a day, but the doctor has put me on new iron/frolic acid tablets that are 305g , but he never stated if I had to have these once or twice a day. It is a high dose of iron so I don't know if I should take 2 a day, how much does everyone else take ???
  6. Defo go to er, they will iv u up with fluids, I had dehydration and its not nice. Your fluids r very important, keep us posted and take care xx

  12. What does everyone eat for there protein intake apart from the protein shakes?? And what do u eat to up yur energy levels, my energy is running very low and I need to keep going as I have to run around after 5 kids and a hectic full time job x
  13. I weighed 278lbs before surgery and I'm now down to 193lbs
  14. I am 9 months post op and I enjoy the occasional vodka and flat sugar free lemonade, but wine is a no no for me because of the sugar content, it gives me the worst headaches, but everyone is different x enjoy Vegas hunny x
  15. I've been to see the doctor last night and he has put me on tablets to help with ulcer or acid build up so hopefully fingers crossed I will b feeling better soon

  17. I am the same some days and I'm 9 months post op, u should try and eat a little bit more otherwise u will end up with severe hair loss that's what happened to me x

Can anyone help, I've been in so much pain in the pouch area for 2days at first I thought it was indigestion so been taking Pfizer for that but this morning I've woke up at it feels like someone has punched me in the stomach, the pouch area feels so sore and painful, has this ever happened to anyone else
