This will increase as you get further out I am 8 mos out hit my goal and dropped below it I'm around 1000 calories a day

I agree with Don. You will probably stay around 800 for awhile. I would focus on protein grams instead of calories. Protein is so key in this whole process. I only just really started focusing on calories because I am trying to maintain the weight I am and not lose any more.
